THE HEADLINES
Faculty Survey
It’s been a while since we collected some quantitative and qualitative data from y’all. Click here to complete our 2023 TMBC Faculty Survey. This will help us design and create a richer, more meaningful experience for our remarkable Faculty. It should take about ten minutes to complete – your responses will remain anonymous and we will share the results with you when the survey closes. Thanks very much for sharing your candid input with us – please complete this by March 15th.
Facilitation Recap Form
NEW Process for Virtual Facilitation: Those of you who have facilitated in person for TMBC recently have experienced completing the Facilitation Recap Form that is routed to the Client Success Partner to incorporate your experience into follow-up conversations with the Client Sponsor. Since this has proven to be valuable information for the client as well as TMBC to support you as you experience our content, we will be implementing this Recap Form for all virtual deliveries as well. Please note: this will not be required for Virtual Learning Events only virtual Workshops, Certifications and Events.
For those programs that have multiple sessions, the form only needs to be completed after the final session. Kelly Moran will be sharing this form with you each time you deliver and will continue to block your calendars for the 30 minutes immediately following each virtual session. This time can be used to recap and manage any follow ups but also can be used for you to complete the form – choice is yours!
myLink2Learn Notice
If you have received any emails from ADP like the one below, prompting you to log into myLink2Learn to complete required training, please disregard. We have tried several times to get our contract Faculty members removed from that distribution list, to no avail. Our sincere apologies for the noise – please reach out to Betsey directly at betsey.snopel@tmbc.com if you have any questions.

REMINDERS and UPDATES

A special shout-out to our Coach Faculty who coached a large cohort of ADP Sales Leaders this Winter through the VP Excellence Program at ADP. The VP Excellence Program is an ADP course for newly promoted Sales VP’s and for the first time ever, it was supported by Strengths Coaching through TMBC! The power of Strengths Coaching shone through with a net promotor score of 4.9 out of 5 for the Winter Cohort and a new Strengths Coaching contract to support the VP’s who will participate in the VLE this Spring (next month). Well done and WOW to all who contributed to this win!
As a final reminder we will be shifting the publication of our Faculty Newsletter to every 6 weeks to offer you more robust content and updates. The next newsletter will arrive in your inbox on April 14, 2023.
