REMINDERS and UPDATES

Periodically, a client will exercise their contractual right to request that we delete any/all PII (Personally Identifiable Information such as contact information like first name, last name, email address, etc.) data that is no longer necessary for the delivery of our services.

For example, Meta/Facebook recently exercised that right; therefore, if you log into the Coaching Portal for any of your prior work there, you will see that we have anonymized that data.   What this means for you… we can still access data that may be necessary to substantiate any/all activity that may be needing as supporting documentation for certifications/continuing credentialing units.  For example, levels of leaders you have coached, number of hours, and number of engagements will still be available from a reporting perspective.

Per our contractual agreement, by extension, if you have downloaded any data that includes the above information for Facebook/Meta, please be sure to delete that ASAP.  If you have any questions, please reach out to Betsey at betsey.snopel@tmbc.com.

SDC Mentor Coaches and SDC Principal Facilitators – please be sure to check your TMBC email for important information regarding recent updates to our SDC Mentor Coach Evaluation and SDC Mentee Self Evaluation forms. Subject line for this email is: SDC Updates: Mentor Coach Eval Form and Mentee Self Eval Form Refresh : Effective 11/15/23.

This will be our final newsletter of the calendar year. The TMBC LD Operations Team would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for an amazing year. We are grateful each day to have the opportunity to work with all of you.

“Your pattern of connections, insights, instincts, loves, and loathes is unmatched and unmatchable. This doesn’t make you better than anyone else. It just makes any comparison of you with anyone else a failure of imagination.”
