Spring is finally here! It’s ideally the start of the post-winter thaw, flowers starting to emerge… and it also signals the last fiscal quarter at ADP. Right now, my mind is on the end of the fiscal year, running down the home stretch to a successful finish, getting ready for our next fiscal year and things like that. But it is also a time of lighter evenings, comfortable weather for dog-walking, and a re-awakening of the world from its hibernation.

This juxtaposition of beginning and ending happens every year, and the Stimulators on my team may look at the combination as a way to always be heading to the finish line with an extra burst of energy, ready to rev up for what’s to come. The universe handing us a little cup of Gatorade for that last sprint.
